People who think that they are smart will often laugh at and ridicule other people's mistakes and disabilities because they think that people that make mistakes are dumb. People that make lots of mistakes can learn from it a lot. People that are disabilities to something can learn from they disabilities too. People who think they smart and never make any mistake and don't have any disabilities won't be able to learn from it. So when they make a mistake or having any disabilities they won't understand why they are wrong or why they are disabilities to something. In my opinion I think that not all people that make lots of mistakes and having disabilities to things are dumb. And not all people that they think they are smart and often laugh at other people making lots of mistakes are intelligent. I think that the people laughing at others will gain nothing but punishments from other people like teachers. Even if the people laughing know that it's improper to do, they still do it because they think that it's cool and fun to do it. While people laugh at others when they make mistakes or having disabilities, the people might feel sad and thinks that they are useless in this world and they might commit suicide. If you laugh at your friends because they make mistakes or having disabilities you might have lost your relationship between you and your friends, just like if you put a black spot using black ink on a white shirt, that shirt is no longer a clean white shirt. So don't always laugh at other people's mistakes, look at yourself don't you make mistakes? Yes, what do you felt like when you’re being laughed at when you made a mistake? You make mistake and you learn from it, that’s why people make lots of mistakes.

Why we often tend to laugh at and ridicule other people's mistakes and disabilities. What do we gain from it? Even if we do know that it is not proper, why do we still do it?

We often tend to laygh at and redicule other people's mistakes and disablities is sometimes because we don't want to felt left out by our friends, when laugh and we don't. Another reason would be that we THINK that mistakes they made will never made by us, so we laugh at their dumbness.
We will gain nothing, only that we make our friends who laughed think we are their friends. But more likely, we are going to make people who don't laugh think that we are ruthless.
Every one of us know that it is not proper to laugh at people's weekness, but, yet we still laugh, because everytime we saw something stupid, the first thing we think of is,'That is stupid, I will never do that', so then we laugh. We will never think about that people will think we are ruthless or something, because the feeling we have when we saw somehting stupid is' That is stupid','That is funny'.

We often see it in the movie where a mentally retarded person always got laughed at and we thought, “That’s so mean of them to laugh.” However, in real life, we also laugh at people. For example, if someone says something wrong or do something stupid, you can’t stop yourself to laugh. I am guessing it’s because they just look or sound so dumb and stupid that you can’t control yourself. However, when it’s about mentally retarded, that’s a different story. They can’t help to not think straight. So when they do something stupid, we all know that it’s wrong but we laugh because they just look so funny. Like when the dishwasher boy drops the dishes, it’s just so funny because nobody drops dishes before. I admit I also laugh at people’s mistake but then I realize I won’t like it if people laugh at me, so I will try to stop myself in time. As Confucius says: “Never do something you wouldn’t want done to yourself.”

In my opinion, the reason people often tend to laugh at and ridicule other people’s mistake and disabilities was to show that they are better or smarter than that person. People always think that themselves are the best and laugh at the people that are not at the same classes of them. Normally, everybody had made a mistake before, but when they saw other person is making a mistake, the first thought in their mind was “That person was stupid! I will never make that kind of stupid mistake.” Well, are you SURE you will never make that mistake? By embarrassing the other to show yourself are better are the people that are really stupid that won’t be able to think of other’s feeling. A person who really is smarter or better is someone who had a heart of sympathy that understands everyone makes mistakes and will help the person instead of laughing at them. But this kind of people was really hard to see, because though we know it was not proper, we still laugh at the others because we often can’t control from not laughing.

We often tend to laugh at and ridicule other people’s mistakes and disabilities, because it’s human nature to dislike uniqueness and the strange people. All of the people want to be a like the general people they don’t want to be unique even mentally retarded people want to be like the general human beings. We also often tend to laugh at and ridicule other people’s mistakes and disabilities, because we think it’s enjoying and funny, but it really isn’t to the person on the receiving end. When we laugh at people we gain self-confidence, because by laughing at people we feel better about ourselves. We also gain comfort in ourselves, because we can’t obscure our own mistakes and disability we laugh at people to comfort ourselves. Even if we know it’s not proper we still do it, because we just can’t help it with all the peer-pressure. Sometimes we still do it, because we are self-centered, we don’t really care about other people’s feelings. As they say when you’re a teenage everything revolves around you.
