TO ALL INCOMING GRADE 8 STUDENTS 2006-2007...GREETINGS!Just a clarification on your note taking task..
the notes you take from the books you read will be for your own use when we start working on your book reports. In short, you may take note any which way you want to...bullet points, phrases, sentences, paragraph...whatever will be easiest and most convenient to you. You may take it page by page, part by part, chapter by chapter, etc.....AGAIN, whatever is most convenient and suitable for you. You are not going to turn this in to me when we start school, but I am going to check all of it! I do hope this is very understandable and self-explanatory.

Stop telling people that you are not having fun over the summer because of my work load for my classes...we all know that that is baloney! Learn to budget your time wisely, and when you do your work, focus on it so you would not have to redo it over and over again. I am leaving for California this Thursday, 06 July 2006, but I will still continue on our blog postings. Be good and send my regards to your families. God Bless...
