Have you ever been a bully or ever been bullied by anyone before? How did you feel when you are/were being picked on? How did you feel when you are/were picking on someone else? If you were being the bully, did it give you a sense of satisfaction to belittle and put someone else down? How and why? If you were the one being bullied, what did you want to do most at that point in time? Why?"
