TO ALL GRADE 7C STUDENTS...
CONGRATULATIONS! You survived your First Quarter in my class...! Three quarters to go before the end of the school year and I do hope all of you will make it to Grade 8. Just remember that the First Quarter is the easiest quarter in my class...as we go through the year, things are going to be more complicated and a bit harder...that is, only if you do not work hard! However, I am confident that all of you will do a better job this second quarter and work hard for a much higher grade.
Here are your First Quarter Break homework/assignments...
HOME READING REPORT
Read and understand well the book you checked out for your home reading report in my class...my suggestion is, while you are reading your book, take notes on it already so it'll be easier for you to write your report...!
You have a total of nine days to read and do your report on it...that is more than enough time to finish this task...!
On an A4/DS/TNR/F12...tell me what the "plot" of your story is in paragraph form...make sure to tell me what the intro is, and why you think it is the intro...what the rising action is, and why you think it is the rising action...what the climax is, and why you think it is the climax...and so on...!
Your book report should not be more than two pages long but not less than one full page...!
LITERATURE TEXTBOOK
Read, Understand, and Study Well the "Kinds of Sentences" on pages 758-762 of your textbook...take notes in your NB...!
Answer ALL the "Quick Check" from these pages on a WSP...!
Read, Understand, and Study Well the "Glossary of Usage" on pages 784-788 of your textbook...take notes in your NB...!
Answer ALL the "Quick Check" from these pages on the same WSP you used for the Kinds of Sentences...!
Have a great First Quarter Break everyone and come back refreshed and ready to face the challenges that await you for the Second Quarter. Take care and be safe...study well and be good...! CIAO!!!
